Job Description:
Associate/Senior Associate
Manage operational schedules across North America locations.
Create excel templates and enter data in necessary systems.
Complete outreach via email and phone to global offices.
Generate daily reports.
Complete ad hoc analysis of customer behavior and trends.
Flexible to work in shift between 6:PM - 2:30 AM.
Five day work week with fixed weekly offs.
Please note this is not a data analytics role.
Candidate Profile:
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
In- depth knowledge of Excel is a must.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Mature, reliable individual with strong integrity.
Good analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple-tasks.
Good Problem - solver and adaptable to change.
