• Have to know the quality of delivery various techniques used to ensure quality like TDD etc...
• Should have strong designing skills , should have worked on a large scale enterprise application .
• Should be very strong in methodology like Agile , water fall.
• Should have experiences in IT services .
• Should be able to hire resources and able to evaluate various resources at different levels under him.
• Should be able to set goals to the employees.
• Should be able to do performance appraisals.
• Should have experience in handling attrition.
• Should have handled close to 30 - 40 Resources at different levels in the hierarchy.
• Experience in handling budget would be plus. Very good communication skills.
