Job Description:
Telecom Analyst
Experience should have 1 years to 3 Years.
Minimum of 12 Months experience preferably on any Domestic /International Process.
Attention to detail.
Own and Manage client inventory.
Maintain relationships with all teams internally and deliver client requirements on time.
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned clients accounts.
Coordinates with company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in
order to meet account performance objectives and clients expectations.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis.
Drive valued added suggestions/process improvements at clients end.
Attending Client Calls.
Follow-up with Client and Internal teams on daily work related activities.
Prepare weekly report on the Completed Transactions.
Should be open for night shifts.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently.
