4+ years of experience into domestic IT industry.
The ideal candidate should have zeal to grow in technical recruitment business.
Would be responsible for technical recruitment process.
Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different skill set categories.
Strong experience in social media hiring is required (Especially through Linked-In).
Screening, shortlisting and coordinating with the Recruitment Process.
Should be responsible in handling the end to end recruiting process.
Handling emails, cold calling, arranging interviews, follow-ups etc.
Willing to take challenges in the recruitment & closing the resources in time.
Responsible for the reference check of the candidates.
Creative sourcing methods like internal database, referrals, head-hunting, networking, etc will have
to be used while finding the suitable resource.
Aggressive and talented professionals with excellent communication skills.
