Consulting companies experience is a MUST)

working in Non-IT recruitment, Financial or Healthcare Recruitment is PLUS.
Must have
prior hands on working experience on job boards like Dice, Monster,
CareerBuilder, etc.
Should have
good knowledge to source resumes from Internet apart from Job Boards.
Excellent
People Networking Skills.
Should have
good experience in working on Full time Permanent and Contracting positions.
Good
knowledge on US Tax Terms.
Must have
knowledge in IT industry & Terminologies.
Excellent
command in English and communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong
negotiation skills.
Net savvy
and good telephonic skills.
Willing to
work in night shift
