Incident Management : Troubleshooting and immediate resolution etc.
Antivirus Management : Installation, Configuration.
Mail Management : Outlook installation ,configuration, Maintenance etc.
Network Management : LAN,WAN,Router.
Server Management : Server installation ,troubleshooting etc.
Candidate Profile
Willing to work under 24/7 support.
At least two yrs experience in a similar Desktop support for L1 & L2 minimum 2years and above.
Good verbal & written communication skills.
