Interact with the customers through mail, chat or phone.
Coordinate with the client and the teams.

Candidate Profile
Graduates/Post Graduates with 65% aggregate (B.Tech/MCA/Professional Post Graduates not
considered)
2011 /2012 and 2013 batch candidates (should be available for immediate joining).
Candidates should have very good written and oral communication skills in English.
Candidates should have basic computer literacy.
Candidates have willingness to work in shifts.
