Education: BE(CSE/IT) 2016,2017 passed outs
Consistent 70% and above marks throughout 10th, 12th, UG and PG
Candidates should possess Oracle Certification Professional(OCP)
Good communication skills
Candidates must be willing to sign a 3-Year service agreement which is Non-breakable
Willing to work in 24/7 shift
Fresher or up to 1 year of work experience in Client Management / Customer Service
Organization Structure: Report to Production Manager/ Client Manager
Work Schedule: Must be flexible to work during day, night and weekend shifts based on business
need
Knowledge on 11g, 12c and 10g database creations and software binaries installations in Unix
(Linux)
Closing tickets on time
Configuring and Monitoring database backup and performing backup validations
Zero repeat issue
Knowledge on performance tuning of database
98% of problems should be tracked and closed within SLA
Assist/Support the development and end users team
Knowledge on shell scripting
Note: Only Male candidates(24/7 shift)
