Job Description

Must be very strong in query writing

Experience in database Development using PLSQL

Should be willing to work across databases like mysql,sql server etc.

Experience in performance tuning

Should be able to write packages, procedures, functions, and triggers as well as be able to create tables with constraints and that are indexed.

Responsible for supporting the Oracle databases and ensuring their performance, availability and security.

Proven Oracle Database Administration experience.

Experience of managing multiple RDBMS on large systems

Experience of working in a team that delivers a high availability service.

Practical experience in monitoring and tuning a database to provide a high availability service.

Experience of other database systems, preferably MS SQL Server

Oracle Certification, preferably OCP

Experience in Golden Gate or Oracle gateway implementation is added advantage.
