Job Description
NOTE: Looking for Project Leads who manage
End-to-End Projects, lead teams,
involved in client management and with strong functional knowledge in Supply
Chain Module(SCM).
Job Responsibility:
Monitor the
progress of each and every project currently worked by the team.
Accountable
for day-to-day status of every project and report out to customer/internal
leadership.
Manage
relationships with multiple stakeholders internally and externally across
different functions.
Project
manage all the projects in terms of their set deliverables with timelines,
communication (to customers, end users, team etc.).
Knowledge
of Oracle 11i is preferred.
R12 specific deliverables:
Coordinate
with customer to understand their expectation from R12 implementation.
Create a
project plan/strategy on transition is smooth.
Take the
signed of the project plan from the customer.
Execute the
actionable from the project and periodically report out.
Essential skills:
Strong project
management skills.
Excellent
client interaction skills.
Excellent
communications skills.
Problem
solving & decision making ability.
Work
experience background required ( describe work exp of suitable candidates):
Should have
worked on Oracle environment (preferable in Procurement space).
Supported
business on the procurement activities (preferably).
Been part
of ERP implementation.
Has worked
as Program Manager/Project Manager responsible for delivering time-bound
projects with the help of a small/mid-size team.
Proven
record of orientation to continuous process improvements and familiarity with
methodologies such as 6 Sigma, Lean etc.
