Good working knowledge in MS office especially MS excel

Exposure to ERP systems (PeopleSoft)

Candidates with prior experience in international BPOs� preferred

US AP experience advantageous

Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing

On hold invoice management

Tracking of duplicates & Analysis

Vendor reconciliation & Follow up with the vendor

Vendor Master Setup and maintenance

Travel and Expenses

Compliance audits

Month end activities of charge back, accrual, reporting and analysis

MIS and Reporting

Work Timings     :  Night Shifts
