Job Description
Global Risk�Operational
Risk�Associate
Producing
regular weekly reporting on key operational risk events, emerging risks and
other developments.
Managing
the agenda for and minuting the weekly Global ORM meeting between Regional
Heads of ORM and the Global Head of ORM.
Preparing
monthly reporting to key committees including the NHI Board of Directors and
Executive Management Board.
Manage the
agenda, logistics and outputs for Global ORM Offsites and other key meetings as
required.
Requesting
updates to and producing regular status updates on the progress of ORM rollout
across all Regions.
Supporting
the Central ORM AVP in developing required Global ORM communications , managing
the Central ORM plan, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and status is
appropriately reported.
Managing
the regular process to obtain attestation from Regional ORM on implementation
of key Policies and Minimum Standards.
Supporting
the Global Head of ORM Framework and Strategy on ad hoc projects as required.
Supporting
Regional ORM on specific projects and production of regular reporting as
required.
Experience:
Candidate
must have 5+ in Operational Risk Management
Skills:
Have
excellent attention to detail and key focus on quality of deliverables.
Be a
self-starter and display a proactive approach.
4 plus
years experience in operational risk management, ideally including framework
development and implementation, are an advantage but not essential.
Ideally,
have some knowledge of ORM regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Relevant investment and / or operational risk professional qualifications are
an advantage but not essential.
Possess
excellent communication and organization skills and be able to manage multiple
projects simultaneously, and to short deadlines.
Possess
financial services knowledge and experience, ideally in capital markets /
investment banking.
Strong
analytical and thinking skills.
Excellent
in people oriented communication skills and confident demeanor.
