Assist merchant over the call to understand the exact concern and providing the best
possible solution.
Excellent communication skills � English (verbal/written).
Internal team coordination over email/call.
Basic knowledge of Excel.
Handle the merchant escalations interactively

Education Qualification- Graduate (Complete)
Experience- Fresher/Candidate with over 1 years of Voice calling experience in customer
service voice operations.
Flexible to work in challenging work environment.
Organized and Methodical to proactively follow up with merchants as committed.
Result Oriented as attainment of KPI has to be 100%.
Target and deadline driven & Self-Motivated.
MS Excel knowledge is a must
