Candiates Should Have:

Good knowledge and understanding of MS office

Knowledge of IT helpdesk ticketing

Excellent communication skills

Basic troubleshooting of desktop/laptop

Educational qualification - Graduate - Regular/ B.E./ B.tech. IT/CSE/ECE

Regular Update of Pyramid Core for all IT related MIS reports

Maintain IT related documentation (templates, policies etc.)

Manage IT helpdesk

Assign call to engineer and maintain MIS.
