Required Qualifications:

BE/B.Tech or equivalent

0 – 2 years of development experience preferably in a product development company.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, DHTML,  Java and Web technologies.

Good Communication skills.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to HTML5, localization and accessibility issues

Exposure to JavaScript libraries like YUI, jQuery, Sencha etc.

Role-Based Competencies:

Exhibit strong technical knowledge in the areas of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and all related technologies.

Exhibit strong familiarity and understanding of the Agile development process and how to support the team and process in the role of Product Owner.

Exhibit great communication skills.

Become technically proficient with PRPC tools.

Achieve PRPC certified within 90 days of course completion.

Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and development.

Practice continuous improvement.

Exhibit a hands-on, "get it done’ operating style.

Meet aggressive deadlines and handle the pressure associated with it.
