Job Description

The Application Support Engineer is responsible for the support and maintenance of eCTS applications.

The post holder will perform application go-lives and support the applications throughout their active live time and will ensure the provision of 100% customer focus at all times.

This would be 24 x 7 on call rotation.

The Application Support Engineer would be responsible for taking off hour, emergency calls during a 24 x 7, two week rotation.

During the two week period that the Application Support Engineer is scheduled to be on call, they would be responsible for handling all off hour escalations that are sent to our support group.

The Application Support Engineer would also, be required to work their regularly scheduled day shift.

Skills

Knowledge of software development languages and tools such as Jscript, VBScript, XML and SQL. TIBCO and Informatica is desired but not required.

Knowledge of relational databases, preferably Oracle.
