Service Desk Specialist

MCP/MCSE and CCNA Preferred

1- 2 years of Industry experience, preferred service desk.

Basic Understanding of Incident, Change and problem management. Awareness of ITIL Service Management

Good command over English Language, excellent communication skills.

Strong customer focus, Good analytical skills

Ability to communicate at all levels across the business.

Hands on MS Office, Internet and ITIL Service Management tool experience, Lotus Notes preferred.

Ability to learn quickly and understand basic Networking and infrastructure knowledge.
