Job Description

Weblogic Administrator

Troubleshoot and resolve simple to highly complex technical issues related to various Oracles Fusion Middleware suite of products.

Directly interact and work with mission critical global customers and achieve high level of Consistent Customer Satisfaction

Manage all severity and escalated issues within guidelines; Accountable in representing customer

expectations and engaging proper internal resources.

Participate & contribute to Knowledge Management initiatives and other global initiatives.

Skills: 

Should have strong experience in Weblogic / Websphere / Tomcat / Apache / Oracle Apps administration (Any one mandatory)

Should have fair understanding of Java.

Should have experience in Unix

Troubleshooting experience is a MUST.

Willing to work in 24x7 environment
