Should have 1-2 years of Customer Support experience in a technical environment (Relevant

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
Knowledge on Oracle Applications (11i / R12) APPS DBA activities is a plus.
OCP Certification (11G/11i/R12) is a plus.
Have knowledge of Oracle DBA activities in an UNIX environment.
Willingness to work in shifts.
