Excellent presentation skills (clear English, should be able to put his thoughts in a precise way, should be able to give real time examples)

Should be strong in C#, .NET framework (3.5 and 4.0)and SQL concepts (SQL Server 2005,2008/ Oracle)

Should be able to handle queries and resistance well

Should be able to prepare good training material (Example: PPT, training handbook), and questionnaires for self assessment, plan curriculum etc

Prior training experience (in training both fresher and experienced developers) is a plus; passion for training

Should have professional development experience

Should be a good (self) learner; should be up to date with latest technologies
