Good communication and presentation skills.

Experience in Project acceptance is an added advantage.

Leadership and Management of FM team.

Leadership of technical support specialists.

Leadership of Trouble Ticket & CR activities.

Ensures 24�7 cover is available (shift & callout) for all technologies as needed.

FM Process & Tool development.
