Business/EDP Analyst
Candidates should possess A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree, or equivalent experience is required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience is required. 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred.
Experience with Vantive, SAP or Oracle 11i highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, moderately complex technical tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to accuracy and customer service orientation.
Excellent time management and problem solving skills in a high change-rich, fast paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of other business systems analysts and cross functional peers to support deadlines.
Experience with process and systems improvements.
Minimum of two years experience in order fulfillment, order management, or customer services is required, preferably within high tech companies.
