Customer Support
xcellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good Listening skills.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Customer service orientation.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem solving ability.
Target orientated. Ready to work in rotational shifts in 24 x 7 environments. Door to door pick and
drop will be provided for login and logout between 8 pm to 8 am.
Need to work 6 days a week. Weekly day off can be on any day during the week.

Handling Escalations on Social Media
Responding through E mails and chat to customers
Handling Email communication with support functions
Customer relationship management.
