Candidate should possess BS or MS in Computer Science
3 years of experience in software development with large, multi-discipline teams
Deep understanding of development processes and has personally contributed to at least one of
critical product ship cycle at a large software firm
Strong technical leadership
Hands on experience architecting and implementing solutions
Strong programming skills in C#, C or Java and at least one or two scripting languages
Machine Learning/Data Mining Implementation of algorithms for more than a couple of solid long
term (> 1 year) projects
Track record of leading teams that consistently meet or exceed commitments and deliver
high-quality software
Effective communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
