Job Description:
Helpdesk Executive
Responding to and Answering Calls, Emails and Web Tickets of end users in a cordial,
professional manner.
Call Received from customer, classify the issue and log the ticket in ticket tool.
Continue follow ups for Pending Calls.
Assigning call to Customer Support Engineer & updating call status.
Maintaining and preparing Pending call list on daily basis.
Maintain of daily timesheet.
Escalate incidents according.
Maintain updates of tickets in the tool.
Preparing and maintaining Monthly Reports.
Logging Tickets (Incident / Service Request / Information Query) for every user interaction
handled/ Voice process.
Route/Assign tickets to the appropriate support group, if necessary.
Identifying and escalating high-severity, priority issues.
Updating Pending Tickets with timely, precise, accurate updates.
Following-up with end users, if necessary, for closure of pending tickets.
