Assists end users with their computing needs by resolving trouble tickets and fulfilling employee
requests for application and system support
Troubleshoots and repairs hardware and software problems with desktop and laptop computers,
Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), printers, digital scanners, and other network equipment
