Should perform user account creation, deletion, and configuration.

Provision of the over-the-telephone calls logging, 1st Line Support.

Win 7 deployment and troubleshooting experience must for Win 7 Specialist.

Basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on the Operating System.

Configuring and Trouble shooting of MS OUTLOOK.

To solve the technical problems remotely.

Knowledge of Software Installation.

Troubleshooting the Hardware and Software problems.

Logging Tickets on priority basis of critical Issues using TICKETING TOOL.
