Job Description:
Desktop Support Engineers
Good Communication Skills is a must.
Should be open to work in 24*7 shift environment.
Minimum 1yr experience in Desktop support with good experience on Windows/Outlook/Lotus notes.
Should perform user account creation, deletion, and configuration.
Basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on Operating Systems.
Candidates should have hands on experience or knowledge on Ticketing tools.
Configuring and Trouble shooting of MS OUTLOOK/ Lotus Notes- ability to solve the technical
problems remotely.
Knowledge of Software Installation / Upgrade / Rollouts.
Troubleshooting the Hardware and Software problems.
Eligibility Details:
Candidate should be comfortable for 24*7 shifts.
No transportation facility would be available.
Candidate should have good communication skills.
Candidate should be a graduate i.e-10+2 or 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 from an affiliated university.
Candidate should have all educational mark sheets and certificates as also the set of documents
for the companies worked, e.g. Offer letter, salary slip, Experience letter.
Skills:
Excellent Communication skill with strong technical knowledge.
