Customer Support Engineer
Candidate should possess Any Graduate in any discipline
Desktops & Laptops configuration as per project delivery.
Coordinate with Vendors for any hardware related issues for switches routers etc.
Resolve LAN related connectivity issues.
Resolve issues for Array desktop connectivity.
Configuration of switch ports as per dedicated VLANs for project delivery.
Resolve various Client side issues.
Installation and configurations of VPN clients on users machines.
Coordinate with different teams like network and Server teams to resolve the issues.
Resolve various CSS connectivity issues.
Configurations of desktops and users in Arreay server.
