1. To
convey the legal advice to the management & follow-up rigorously for legal
matters continuously

prepare a wide variety of legal documents

establish, maintain, process, & oversee files, correspondence, database,
records, certificates, & /or other documents
4. To help
represent the organization at hearing & meeting; by providing ,analyzing
& organizing evidence & other information.
5. To study
the case / matter
6. To
decide the action plan for the case / matter
7. To draft
the documents related with the proceeding & other matters
8. To draft
or assist in drafting & review of contracts entered into by the organization
under guidance of senior advocates.
9. To
consult advocates & consultants in various matters
10. To send
notices
11. To
attend cases : as client & as advocate
12. To
handle all the activities related to legal matters
13. To
perform all tasks which are incidental to attend the court
