Software Engineer
The position is for a highly skilled software engineer at Maxims EDA Product
Development Platform team.
responsible for design, development and testing of a next generation verification environment for
complex.
mixed-signal SoCs. The candidate will work as part of a small, global team in a highly agile
development structure.
The work will involve using state of the art software design techniques coupled with the unique.
opportunity to understand and address some of the toughest verification challenges faced by the
industry.
Candidate Profile
Masters degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Minimum of 1 year software development experience in a relevant industry.
A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms,
and software design.
Strong familiarity with software engineering; preferably understands and has some prior
experience with continuous integration and continuous testing.
Must have proficiency in either Python or Ruby outside C++/Java.
Experience in developing software in a UNIX/Linux environment using IDE tools.
Knowledge of electronic circuits is a strong plus.
Prior experience with web services is a plus.
Prior experience in any database related development is a plus.
