Strong
analytical bent of mind to analyze critical functional issues in an enterprise
application is a must

in various testing methodologies (white vs. black box test work, system vs
functional).

verbal and written communication skills are mandatory as this role involves
communicating with the counterpart teams in the Americas;
1-2 years
of experience on Scripting/Automation is
must. Knowledge on Load runner is desirable.
Well-versed
in software process methodologies.
A solid
understanding of quality assurance as part of the development process.
