Job Description

• Manufacturing Manager will manage an extensive production organization of approximately 120 people in a matrix environment with support departments in a cost effective, customer oriented and people motivating way.

• This position will provide the leadership to achieve operational excellence in Manufacturing Function in India CME (Center of Manufacturing Excellence) in Imaging Systems Operations.

• The incumbent will plan, organize, develop and implement the necessary strategies dircetion, policies, processes, good manufacturing practices, and tools required to help lead the company and all manufacturing employees to world-class performance.

• This position will lead the manufacturing management teams to lead the organization to achieve aggressive product cost savings, on-time product shipments and new product introduction and improved product quality and reliability.

• Work closely with manufacturing engineering team in developing and utilizing the latest process technologies in assembly and test to manufacture a high quality, cost effective Imaging Systems.
