Ability to understand and comply with business processes and procedures
Good team player
Ability to complete tasks within agreed budget, timeframe and quality requirements
Ability to produce and monitor effective plans and take responsibility for achieving them � by
co-coordinating resources, expediting progress and escalating problem issues
Excellent working familiarity with NMS tools , Ticketing tools and MS Excel
A Self starter � must be productive with minimal direction
Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment
Good presentation and communication skills.
