Quality Assurance Lead
Candidate should possess Bachelor�s Degree in Computer Science or related field and 7+ years of
IT-QA experience required
Strong testing fundamentals, QA industry knowledge along with passion for quality a must
3+ years of leading 5+ size QA teams a must
1+ years of C# and related programming experience in the testing space for Web/data applications
developed using C#, VB, Access, and SQL Server is highly desired
Intermediate to expert level experience using TFS/Visual Studio for software delivery and MTM for
test case management is a must
Experience in executing automated scripts built in a test tool such as HP�s QTP or Load Runner or
equivalent open source tools is highly desired
At least 2+ years of leading QA efforts for organization that delivers medium to large, complex IT
development projects via SaaS delivery model and health care domain experience desired
Experience working on transaction-based and data information products and working in a dynamic
or startup mode a must
Cross-team collaboration with engineering, PMO, Product Management and partner teams
experience a must
A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work
