This program provides On-The-JOB skill development cum work experience from LXI Technologies and a Diploma offered by CMC Ltd., a TATA Enterprise.

Candidates gain knowledge on cutting edge technologies and are deployed on Software / Infrastructure PROJECTS of the company.

They get to work in a team along with the Regular employees and so, gain real-time work experience on the Job.

In LXI, the candidate is put on traineeship in the company for a period without any salary.

The candidate gets an opportunity to get absorbed on the project in the company or get into regular rolls of the company purely based on the candidates' performance.

The placement team of CMC Ltd. will also give FIVE interview calls to the candidates so that they get placed in other IT companies leveraging the training or project experience of working IN A LIVE software development / infrastructure project.

By Working on projects of LXI , you have a chance to get internationally certified on any of the tracks like Oracle Certified Java Programmer, Oracle certified DBA, Oracle Certified Web Component Developer etc.
