Officer

Track the status of container movements on Shipping Lines� web-sites based on daily container list provided by GLM Germany and other locations, as well as from report generated through internal systems.

Immediate communication by e-mail to LANXESS organization in country of destination with copy to BU and GLM Germany, if gap in a.m. dates is identified.

Communication with shipping lines representatives to identify the root-causes in case of disruptions and uncertainties

Communication to LANXESS organization in country of destination with copy to BU and GLM  in Germany regarding root-causes

Requirements:

Hands on experience using MS Office (Excel, Access), Internet surfing,

Good communication skill � written & verbal , knowledge of Foreign language (German) will be an added advantage

Experience in the similar field like BPO operations

Ability to understand global logistics processes
