Mechanical Engineer
Work with Should costing of new/existing, local/global products within stipulated time frames.
Work along with Sourcing, SQM and Suppliers to arrive at understanding/reporting the differences
between various costing methodology.
Work with Mechanical components to understand the design requirement, provide alternate
material, process, design, optimization and value engineering proposals.
Visit suppliers to understand the manufacturing process and capabilities, set-up and cycle time.
To conduct time study analysis at supplier end.
