Job Description:
Front Office Executive
Candidate should possess a graduate in any discipline
Handle incoming calls & transfer to the concerned staff.(Board line as well as Head Service line)
Managing the Reception area.
Keeping the reception neat & clean.
Reception flowers & office plants upkeep & maintenance
Attending to the visitors that come in at the reception.
Updating telephone list.
Maintain file of daily newspaper & subscriptions
Taking care of bills for flower & Newspaper
Updating telephone list.
Data base updation for Bills
Managing meeting room booking & co-orating with Admin for projector set up.
Monitor function of Meeting rooms(cleaning / service / upkeep)
Co-ordinate with FM team for celebrations / initiatives / festival dcors etc
Maintaining stationary and attendance registers,
Attending queries and escalating it to concerned department,
Visitor management
Co-ordinating for hotel bookings / stay arrangements of visitors
Event arrangements / Banquet bookings
