Structural design, design of mechanical components, Knowledge for FEA analysis
with Ansys.
Job Profile
Design of
mechanical components like gears, shafts, pressure vessels, cast forging
components.
Design of
mechanical components for manufacturability by casting & forging process.
Finite
Element Analysis (FEA) of the components (Analysis include : Static Stress,
Thermal, Coupled Thermal Stress, Modal, Fatigue) with Ansys software.
Generating
3D Models using Inventor or Pro E or Creo- Element 5.0 Software.
Responsible
for getting done G.A. drawings , foundation drawings, P&I diagrams etc for
centrifugal compressors.
Preparation
of manufacturing drawings like Skid, heat exchanger, pressure vessel etc.
Preparation
of Project Bill of Material.
