Assistant Engineer/Scientific Assistant/Technician
Assistant Engineer (Mechanical): 7 Posts
Department : Irrigation
Degree in Engineering 1) B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering of the Kerala University or its
equivalent. OR 2) B.E. Degree in Mechanical Engineering of the Madras University or its equivalent.
OR 3) Associate Membership Diploma of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Mechanical
Engineering or any other qualifications recognised as equivalent to a degree. OR 4) Pass in Section
A & B of the Associate Membership Examination of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Mechanical
Engineering. OR 5) Any other qualification recognised by the Government as equivalent to B.Sc.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering of the Kerala University.
Senior Scientific Assistant in the Department of Physiology:1 Post
M.Sc. in Zoology, 1st or 2nd Class
Refrigeration Mechanic: 2 Posts
Department : Medical Education
(i) Pass in S.S.L.C or its equivalent. (ii) National Trade Certificate in the trade of Mechanic
(Refrigeration & Air conditioning)
CSR Technician Gr.II: 2 Posts
Department : Medical Education Service
(1) Pass in S.S.L.C. (2) NTC in Instrument Mechanic/Medical Electronic Technology (3)
Apprenticeship Course (One year) in CSR Technology from a Government run/Government approved
institution.
