Key Specifications: 

Awareness of basic networking concepts, technologies, network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN 

Knowledge of operating systems, Windows XP, Windows 7 configuration options and Troubleshooting 

Browser Support - Internet Explorer  

User level familiarity with at least one e-mail client - Outlook, Windows Mail etc...

Job Location: Hyderabad

Skill Set:   

Superior Customer Care Skills

Tech support experience in voice process in international

Inter-personal communication

Excellent oral, written, typing and telephone skills

Clear and understandable speech in English (American)

Service Desk Experience

Any Graduate Degree

SALARY PACKAGE: 2.8 LAC TO 3.6 LACS BASED ON YOUR PERFORMANCE
