Job Description:
Trade Apprentices
Educational Qualifications:
Std 10 passed with a minimum of 50% marks in Std 10 examination along with ITI examination
passed (Provisional National Trade Certificate) in relevant trade with an aggregate of 65% marks.
Further, the candidate should have passed relevant ITI / trade test from any institute
recognized by NCVT and should possess the qualification.
Note: Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing Apprenticeship under
Apprentice Act � 1961 are not eligible to apply.
Minimum Physical Standards:
Height � 150 cms
Weight � not less than 45 Kgs
Chest � expansion not less than 5 cms
Age limit: Born between 01 April 1997 to 31 Mar 2004.
Relaxations in upper age limit:
05 years for SC/ST candidates
02 years for Wards of Defence employees or Naval civilians.

Join Indian Navy Recruitment Selection process:
The selection process will be based on the written examination, Interview/Skill Test & Medical
Examination.
The written examination of 2 hrs duration would comprise of 100 Multiple Choice Questions.
Part-A � Questions on General English, General Knowledge, Mathematics and Aptitude /
Reasoning.
Part-B � Questions on the group of subject trades.
The question paper will be bilingual in both English & Hindi (except for General English).
Examination Centre: Mumbai only.
