Commercial Trainee

The Commercial Trainee is responsible for all monthly booking of freight bills for Deere paid freight in TRM FF

Bill booking, payment to transporters and tracking of all the freight expenses at actuals.

Supporting SM team with all documentation on Bank & Disclaimer Certificates/CT3 Working

Monthly Freight reports to all procurement groups in TRM- with premium freight portion

Freight Cost Recovery for rejected Parts from suppliers.

Maintain all part wise, bill wise and supplier wise freight data.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate Degree in Commerce/Others from a recognized institute .

Should have strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills.

Must have the ability to work in a matrix environment.

Must have excellent Communication Skills with hands-on experience in MS Excel and Powerpoint.

Influencing skills and have the ability to do Project Management.

The candidate should have upto a maximum of 2 years of Undergrad/Grad experience.
