Maintenance of the Swift templates and Broker information. Maintenance of the PB product palette (equities, fixed income, mutual funds, hedge funds, structured products, listed options and swaps) including asset and risk classification for reporting and rebalancing purposes. Set up and maintenance of reference data tables, deposit and loan rates as well as treasury rates in the PB processing system MTM Valuation for Structured Products and Hedge Funds On-going controls on data quality and process improvements Extensive liaison with SDI investors and Portfolio Managers together with many other business teams based globally including risk, credit and operations. Pricing maintenance of mutual funds as well as vanilla equity and fixed income products. Key facilitator of all projects such as migration of various book of businesses from other PB platforms, creation of new Branch infrastructures and testing and implementation of new trading/processing requirements. Skills This role requires meticulous attention to detail. An acute awareness of the high risk, time critical and complex nature of the Private Banking environment, an ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines is essential. Flexible to work overtime and on holidays. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. Ability to work in a deadline driven environment. A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through Client focused. Good time management skills.
