Job Description

Technical/ Functional Analyst

Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported on live production systems.

Minor development services activity (back-port fixes, custom code support)

Coordinate effectively with implementation consultants, solution management and solution development teams to achieve stated objectives within timelines.

Required Skills:

Strong Technical (and/or) Functional expertise and excellent Analytical skills.

Minor software development (e.g. programming, code level debugging) component of the role

Functional knowledge of the Warehouse Management, SCM  or Retail domain definite plus.

Candidate should have demonstrated expertise, working knowledge and hands on experience in one or more following areas:

.NET, C#, AJAX, ADO. Net, MS-SQL Server

Frameworks: MOCA, Bluecube

Knowledge of Oracle and DB2. Reading/writing SQL and PL/SQL, importing and exporting database dumps, working with database tools like TOAD and Oracle DBCA (Database Configuration Assistant), experience in SQL tuning

Exposure to programming/scripting Languages (Java, HTML, XML). Basic troubleshooting 

Internet technologies such as JAVA,J2EE, web components (EJB)
