Devices, Peripherals inclusive of Printer & Home theater entertainment.
Malware removal & PC Optimization: PC Scan & Malware Removal, Install Antivirus software &
update security patch.
Email & Configuration & Setup.
Operating Systems & Browsers.
Security & Online Backup Software.
Social Media & Networking Support.
Peripheral installation and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills.
Comfortable working with targets and competent enough to achieve them.
Organized and diligent and pay attention to detail.
Desire to work in an ethical but fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work on US shifts.
