Job Description:
HR Executive
Hands on Experience in HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Employee Grievance Handling,
Performance Management, Payroll, Leave and Timesheet management with an understanding of
current employment regulations.
Handle onboarding including pre and post joining formalities, induction or orientations, exit
formalities, HRIS management, leave and timesheet management.
Will be key part of the HR team and should be able to work across the business disciplines to
influence required changes.
Should coordinate, support and update business unit/ HR Team on all employee relations matters.
Provide HR support to managers and employees on a wide range of Human Resource areas including
training and development, employee engagement etc.
Skills:
Very good attitude with enthusiasm and willingness to learn and contribute more.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have the intelligence and maturity to carry out varied tasks and responsibilities.
Strong Time Management and Priority Management skills.
Other Requirements:
Should be able to join at the earliest.
Preferably male candidate as the candidate would be required to support night shift employees.
Candidate should be able to commute on their own, preferably residing nearby.
Other Details:
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Male candidates preferred, as they may have to stretch during
month end).
