Senior Analyst / Team Lead
Candidates should possess MBA or Degree in Commerce/Finance
4 to 7 years of related work experience with investment advisor, mutual fund group or any financial service industry in compliance or regulatory environment.
Knowledge of securities regulation as it relates to operations within advisor compliance programs is required.
Working knowledge of back office operations will be a plus.
Able to work under moderate supervision
Self motivated, go getter
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Open minded, flexible, and willing to listen to other peoples opinions
Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals at all technical levels is required
