Technical Support Engineer

ODC based in Bangalore for our Fortune 50 client in the US.

Introlligent is currently looking for:

• Technical Support Engineer with experience in UNIX, SQL and Shell scripting
• You should have between 6months -2years of relevant experience
• You should be a team player as well as perform as an individual contributor
• Along with great communication skills you should have the willingness to work in shifts in a 24*7 environment
• Finally you should be either based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore

Job Description :

Job Role :
1) Participate in software management including application and database upgrades and processing application utilities.
2) Understand and implement changes and updates to the internal/external web site
3) Help to create and maintain all technical documentation .
4) Communicate daily with Technical Support Lead on status of work.
5) Manages workload to deliver quality deliverables that meet requirements within deadlines
6) Timely responses to questions and issues reported by clients.
7) Creative in problem solving through mails & calls as well

Technical Skills Needed:
a) Sound knowledge of Unix.
b) Must have in depth theoretical knowledge on Linux.
c) Knowledge in Oracle a huge plus.
d) Must possess excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written).
e) Must have a team player attitude.
f) Must be able to work in shifts.
